Thematic research is a concept often discussed in industry research. Industry research systematically studies and analyzes the legal, political and economic environment, technological, and socio-cultural factors of the field under study and develops macro-level information useful for decision-making.

Before implementing any project, program, or policy, baseline study is conducted to study the population, social, and economic conditions of the project area and to measure outcome indicators. This study is unique in that it measures the baseline used to measure project performance. We use methods commonly used in international practice in accordance with the specifics of the research work.

Project development process is divided into 3 main stages: baseline study, pre-feasibility study, and feasibility study to develop a comprehensive view on the feasibility of the project. In this context, we analyze the situation, demand, supply and gap, and we develop project goals, objectives, technology, infrastructure solutions, construction, infrastructure planning, and operational planning and organization structure, and conduct finance, investment and risk analysis. Since our establishment, we have developed full-scale feasibility studies for 10 organizations.
