According to the results of the research, athletes' training is active in April-June and August-October, and most of the professional athletes are training 6 times a week. Athletes are least satisfied with the ice machines, clothes washing services, sports canteens, car parking and psychological services. Furthermore, financial and training facilities problems are the most common problems for athletes to continue training regularly and effectively.

For example, by reflecting the development path of Ulaanbaatar city or showing the love of young people or the lifestyle of the people of Mongolia, being unique from others is important in many ways, such as concentrating investors' funds and creating an opportunity to recoup the investment by meeting the needs of consumers.
SCOPE: MongoliaDATA COLLECTION METHOD: Sample surveySAMPLE SIZE: n= 4,560TIME PERIOD: 2022.06.01 – 2022.11.22GOAL: The main purpose of this consulting service was to collect data according to the integrity assessment survey questionnaire and instructions, make calculations based on the collected data, prepare a report and report the results to the public.MAIN FINDINGS: According to the results of this research, the assessment of integrity was evaluated at 73.9 points, which increased by 1.0 points from the previous year's evaluation. This increase in integrity by 1.0 points was largely influenced by the improvement in external integrity by 3.5 points and internal integrity by 1.0 points. According to the results of the previous research (IAR-2021), the decrease in the evaluation of external integrity contributed to the decrease in the overall evaluation, while in the past year, progress has been made in providing public services equally and accessible to citizens.
MSPA-AP's annual conference among member organizations was held this year in Phuket, Thailand.The 17th annual conference was held on November 17-19, 2022, under the theme "Customer Experience Research: Challenges in changing times".SICA became a member of the association in 2018 and participated in the conference and gained experience.

SCOPE: Arkhangai, Uvurkhangai, Khentii, and Sukhbaatar provincesDATA COLLECTION METHOD: Quantitative research and key informant interviewsSAMPLE SIZE: n=120TIME PERIOD: 2022.09.27 – 2022.11.08GOAL: The goal of the evaluation was to conduct an external evaluation of the implementation of project indicators, expected results, and operational performance, and to develop recommendations for relevant parties to ensure the implementation of the Labor Law.MAIN FINDINGS: The results of this study showed that all the activities carried out within the framework of the project had a certain impact on the improvement of the conditions of the assistant herders. For example, before the implementation of the project, only 52.6 percent of the assistant herders surveyed were able to receive health services on time, but after the implementation of the project, this figure increased to 88.3 percent. Although the above and other indicators indicate that the project has been successfully implemented, on the other hand, the results of the study indicate that formal employment contracts between the main and assistant herdsmen are still insufficient. Therefore, we concluded that it was important to continue the activities carried out as part of the project to a national level and disseminate the labor contract model with assistant herders. The evaluation team provided relevant conclusions and recommendations to the client based on all research data.
SCOPE: Ulaanbaatar cityDATA COLLECTION METHOD: Document Analysis, Mystery Shopping StudyTIME PERIOD: 2022.09.05 – 2022.11.04GOAL: The purpose of this study is to determine the sectors that use safety shoes and to measure the market capacity.MAIN FINDINGS: We analyzed the data collected using secondary data sources such as document analysis method and secret shopping method.As part of the secret shopping method, the selling price of the shoes made for labor safety and health market from major domestic manufacturers and its capacity and annual sales revenue were studied.
Annual conference organized by the Asia-Pacific Research Committee was held in South Korea this year.This conference was held on October 21-22, 2022. CEO of SICA, J. Erdenebileg, participated in the conference and learned from the experiences of the international research institutions.
