MSPA-AP's annual conference among member organizations was held this year in Phuket, Thailand.
The 17th annual conference was held on November 17-19, 2022, under the theme "Customer Experience Research: Challenges in changing times".
SICA became a member of the association in 2018 and participated in the conference and gained experience.
